Some experts believe the cost to be more like double this figure! The council carpark nearby to us is under attack from knotweed. It is growing through the tarmac which is no barrier to it at all. The canal banks are also being badly damaged. I paid £2000 to a firm for dealing with a 6 metre square stand in my garden. I am hoping they have succeeded. I am dreading it coming back.
